In addition to those three items, Yvonne was on target with being available at our determined Zoom time. I am a novice with my computer skills and had only been researching trainers who provided onsite lessons. The Zoom section with Yvonne was excellent! With my permission she was able to access my computer. Security measures are in place for this . My early on frustration turned into happy tears at the end of our first session. I was absolutely amazed at my basic understanding of some basic computer skills during my first session. She is direct but patient and did not give up on me. I’m looking forward to our next session.Read less

I really enjoyed working with Yvonne. She has superb training skills and is expert level knowledgeable. Easy to follow and understand. Very pleasant instructor, as well. I would recommend Yvonne for any level. We started with PC settings the. Outlook and Windows 11. It was a great start.

Yvonne is AMAZING! In a two-hour session, she taught me MS Word formatting techniques, how to upload pics to my website, and additional methods while using Zoom as I strive to become more proficient for client meetings. As a new business owner, she also gave me practical advice, which was priceless! The value of her classes far exceeds the cost.
