Enrollment is confirmed once full or partial payment is received.

Course fees must be paid before or on the first day of class.

No refunds will be issued once a course has started, except under special circumstances.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 3 days before the course starts.
No refund will be issued after the course has begun.
Refund requests must be made in writing and approved by the administration.
For online courses, students will receive login credentials and access links.
Course materials are for individual use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
ITS reserves the right to revoke access if misuse or policy violation is detected.
Certificates are awarded only after successful course completion and passing any required assessments.
Replacement certificates may require a processing fee.
All students must maintain respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Misconduct, cheating, or plagiarism will result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course.
All course content, videos, slides, and materials are the property of ITS Training Institute.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
We collect and store personal data only for administrative and learning purposes.
We do not sell or share student data with third parties without consent.
ITS Training Institute is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from course participation, including job outcomes or personal expectations.
