At ITS Training Institute, we value your time and ours. When you reserve a time slot with us, that block of time is set aside exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
No- shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
Clients with pre-paid sessions will forfeit the missed sessions unless rescheduled with proper notice.
Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies only.
